If your package has not yet been sent, there is the possibility of cancellation if you inform us about it in good time.* Please send us an email with your order number and your full name help@givelove.de
If your product has already been sent, a cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can either refuse to accept the delivery or send the package back to us, but at your own expense.
Cancellation is not always possible for personalized products, even if they have not yet been sent, since they may have already been made according to your wishes. In such cases, we ask you to write us an email so that we can find a solution together.
* A cancellation is not guaranteed. If the cancellation is not possible, the return shipping costs are taken over by the customer.
