Return

If you do not like the product or if you decide to return it, you can do so within 14 days and get your money back. The shipping costs are borne by you.

As soon as we receive the package and everything is complete you will get your money back.

If the mistake is on our side, e.g. wrong product packed etc. contact us and we will send you the right products free of charge. Of course you don't have to send back the old/wrong products!

Instructions:

In our package you will find a "DHL Paket und Päckchen" label which you can fill out with our recipient address and your address to the "sender". This label is self-adhesive. Remove the adhesive foil on the back and stick the label on our package. This package you must then deliver to DHL and pay a shipping fee.

Personalized items as described in the right of withdrawal can not be returned.
