Cancellation:

If your package has not been shipped yet there is still the possibility to cancel the package if you let us know in time. Write us an email with your order number and your full name to info@give-love.store.

If your product has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you must either refuse the package upon delivery or return it to us at your own expense.

Personalized products are not always canceled, even if they have not yet been shipped, because they may have already been processed for your wishes. Therefore, write us an email and we will find a solution!
