You can send all jewelry back without giving reasons.
The exception of this guideline are: earrings, piercings, earrings & personalized articles that had to be created for you.

Where's my reimbursement?

As soon as we have received your return, we check them for damage and defects. If everything is fine, we will refund your money as soon as possible. However, this can take a few days depending on the bank account. Please also take into account holidays where there are no transactions.
