Right of withdrawal

Right of cancellation:

You have the right to revoke your contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt of the items.

Consequences of the revocation:

If you revoke your contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of the contract has been received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier time is.

You have to send or hand over the goods immediately and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days.

You bear the costs for the return of the goods yourself. You are also responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods during the return transport.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation:

The goods must be in its original condition and in the original packaging, without signs of wear from a customer's point of view. In the event of damage and/or contamination, the revocation is not accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalized or specially made for you. This applies to all not ready -made articles, such as personalized posters, photo books, engravings, personalized chains, jewelry and similar products. Ear rings & piercings are also excluded from the return for hygienic reasons.

(A cancellation before the product was created is possible in some cases by email, but not guaranteed.)
