Returns:

You have the right to send the goods back within 30 days of receiving the package without giving any reason. However, this does not apply to articles that are expressly excluded from the exchange.

We only take returns for new and unworn goods. If the goods are damaged when we arrive in our warehouse, we will send them back to you.

How do I send my package back?

Pack your order carefully in the original packaging and add a note on which your order number (e.g. #1363) is noted. Then send your package to the following address:

Please note that the cost of returning is borne by you as a buyer.

Personalized articles, vouchers as well as earrings and piercings - as in Right of withdrawal described - cannot be returned.

If we receive personalized products or earrings as a return, they are automatically sent back to you.

When ordering product sets or bundles, a partial return of the individual products is not possible. In the event of a return, the entire set or bundle must be sent back. If individual products are still returned from a set or bundle, the corresponding value of the returned product will be reimbursed in the form of a gift voucher, based on the price that was paid for the individual product as part of the set or bundles.

If your right of return exceeded and not before we have confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
